What is maglo?
maglo is an app for people who travel. You stamp the countries you have been to, get an illustrated magnet for each one, and stick the magnets on a fridge in your own 3D kitchen. It also shows your travels on a world map and in a passport, and makes a story image of your fridge to share.
Is maglo free?
Yes, to start. The free fridge holds 5 country magnets. maglo Plus unlocks all 197 country magnets, 46 city editions and a wider fridge door.
Is maglo Plus a subscription?
No. maglo Plus is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep it, and it never renews. You can restore it on a new phone with "Restore purchases".
How many magnets are there?
There are 243: one for each of 197 countries, and 46 city editions such as Istanbul, Paris, Tokyo and Sydney. The 197 are the 193 United Nations member states plus Vatican City, Palestine, Taiwan and Kosovo.
Do I need an account?
No. maglo has no accounts and no login. It opens straight into your kitchen.
What data does maglo collect?
Your countries, photos and notes stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. The app sends anonymous diagnostics (crash reports, loading times and five counts such as "first stamp"), which you can switch off in Settings, and Apple and RevenueCat process the purchase if you buy Plus.
Can I add countries I visited years ago?
Yes. You can tick every country you have been to in one list, and the app stamps them all at once. You can also add the date, one photo and one line to each magnet.
